Melisa ÇETİNKAYA, who completed her master’s degree under the supervision of our Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf BARAN, has been fully funded to pursue a PhD at the University of Oxford with the prestigious ‘Clarendon Scholarship,’ awarded to only 200 individuals worldwide.
