IYTE MBG Lisansüstü Öğrenci Alımı Mülakat Koşulları:

 

  • Mülakatlar 15 Ocak 2021 tarihinde Microsoft Teams uygulaması üzerinden yapılacaktır (MSc programı 14.00 pm; PhD programı 11.30 am ve bütünleşik PhD programı: 11.00 am),
  • Başvuru yapan tüm adayların mülakat başlangıç saati itibarıyla Microsoft Teams uygulamasında “IYTE MBG Graduate Student Lounge 2021” isimli takımda (bekleme salonu) beklemelidirler,
  • Lounge’da görevli bir personel tarafından mülakata girecek aday bilgilendirilecektir,
  • Mülakat sırası gelen aday “IYTE MBG Graduate Student Lounge 2021” bekleme salonundan ayrılmalı ve ilgili katılım kodunu kullanarak mülakatın yapılacağı “IYTE MBG Graduate Student Interview 2021” takımına giriş yapmalıdır,
  • Mülakat Türk vatandaşı öğrenciler ile Türkçe, uluslararası öğrenciler ile İngilizce dilinde yapılacaktır,
  • Mülakatlar kayıt altına alınacak olup, mülakatı tamamlayan adayların her iki Microsoft Teams takımını terk etmeleri beklenmektedir,
  • Herhangi bir nedenle takımlara giremeyen adaylar Bölüm Başkanı’na e-posta atarak çözüm için yardım istemelidirler (bunyaminakgul@iyte.edu.tr).
  • Şayet sıranızın geçtiğini düşünüyorsanız, lütfen Lounge’de bekleyiniz.
  • Microsoft Teams programında ilgili takımlara katılımda, mutlaka başvuru dosyasında kullandığınız e-posta adresinizi kullanınız.

 

IYTE MBG Graduate Student Interview Instructions:

 

  • Applicants will be interviewed on January 15, 2021 using Microsoft Teams application (MSc program 14.00 pm; PhD program 11.30 am and Integrated PhD program 11.00 am),
  • Applicants are expected to join and wait in the team named “IYTE MBG Graduate Student Lounge 2021” at the beginning of interviews (this team will be used as a waiting lounge),
  • Applicants will be informed of their turn by a departmental official in the waiting lounge team,
  • When your name is called, please depart the waiting lounge and join the interview team called “IYTE MBG Graduate Student Interview 2021” by using the participation code provided below,
  • Interviews will be in Turkish for applicants who hold Turkish citizenship and in English for international applicants,
  • Interviews will be recorded and applicants are expected to depart from both teams upon the completion of their interview,
  • If you become unable to join either of the teams, please e-mail the departmant chair at bunyaminakgul@iyte.edu.tr to ask for help.
  • If you believe that you missed your turn, just keep waiting at the Lounge untill your name is called.
  • It is imperative that you use your email listed in the application form while loging into Microsoft Teams. Otherwise you will not have access to the Lounge or Interview room.
